Traces Of The Future will be shown in Venice on the 29th of September as part of the European Heritage Days, in a beautiful monastery near the Church of Sant’ Elena. Acces is free including a tour.
Traces of the Future is a documentary portrait of Dutch photographer Herman van Doorn, who documents how Venice is changing. Traditional crafts and workplaces are disappearing and taken over by industrial products and international retail chains, which produce cheaper, but at what quality? And literally and figuratively, at what price?
